Konstantinos Koutroulos is a partner and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Assurance Services Department of CPA. He has over 20 years of experience in Auditing Financial Statements, in the trade and energy industries. He has been responsible for special financial audits during capital increases periods and also for Acquisitions and Mergers on behalf of large groups, as well as for Conversions of Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS / New GAAP (Law 4308), for Special Tax Audits, etc. He has broad experience as Head of Control in Greek and foreign companies listed on the Stock Exchange or other and he is an expertise in the fields of Mutual Funds, Industry and Shipping. He has also served as a Monitoring Trustee on behalf of the Competition Commission.
